若2h以及更多，最好点击Its not what I excepted

点击红框内Id like to request a refund，即我要退款

Refund to Alipay 为退款到支付宝

Refund to my Steam wallet 为退款到Steam钱包

值得注意的是，任何方式都可以退款到Steam钱包，而使用钱包的交易只能退款到钱包

可点击以下两选项进行退款，并在Notes内描述原因

点击Submit request，大功告成，在审核后2天内退款到账户中

I’m writing this letter to complain about the game Grand Theft Auto and demand a full refund.

I bought the game on 24, February, looking forward to getting a surprise. After buying this game, however, I found it awful to play---Maybe it’s not my type, maybe I am too fastidious, but I really dislike it from the bottom of my heart! It is a non-entertaining game for me that I can’t enjoy it at all! I saved 30 dollars, only to find it’s a waste of money and time! Talking about time, I unexpectedly played it for about 12 hours and it really disappointed me a lot!

I hope I can get my money back and use it into some more meaningful things like charity. I’m sorry to trouble you, but I’m writing the letter sincerely for my refund.

At last, I would be appreciate if you can return my deal and my money to Alipay!

补充 貌似现在2小时以上都不能退款了

而且一般要超过2小时才掉卡

退款次数过多会使退款几率降低，恶意退款可能会收到小红信

游戏时间超过20小时未试过，但几率应该会随时间增加而降低
